1. Purpose of the site
The site presents 3D scanning equipment, software, applications and support material. It is intended to inform you of the options and to put you in contact with the provider.
2. Product information
Technical data is based on manufacturer material and may differ by model, version, configuration and test conditions. Maximum speed, resolution and accuracy are not necessarily achievable at the same time. Suitability for a specific object and purpose must be confirmed when choosing.
MQ, MT and MT Gen2 are separate models. Accessories, licences and products shown together in a photo are not automatically included in a quote. The final scope of equipment, price, licence, delivery and other obligations are set in a specific quote or contract. This does not limit the buyer's mandatory rights or liability for misleading information.
3. Enquiries
Submitting a form is a request for a reply or quote and does not in itself constitute an order or a sales contract. An automatic acknowledgement only confirms receipt. If a contract is later concluded at a distance, the relevant information and terms provided before conclusion apply.
Please provide accurate contact details and only the material needed to handle your request. Do not send confidential design files through the general form before we agree on a suitable transfer method and handling.
4. Permitted use
Do not use the site for unlawful acts, spreading malicious code, impersonation, unauthorised access or deliberate disruption. These restrictions do not affect use permitted by mandatory law.
5. Content and rights
Texts, photos, videos, software, documents, trademarks and logos may be protected. Rights belong to their holders. Presenting the SCANOLOGY, 3DeVOK and QUICKSURFACE brands does not transfer any rights to visitors. Use the material within published permissions, licences and statutory exceptions. For other use, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder.
A downloaded manual is not a software licence. The licensor's terms apply to the use of software.
6. User material
Rights to material you send remain with you or its holder. To handle your request, you allow us the necessary use of the material to that extent. This does not permit publication, marketing or use for training AI models. Such additional use requires a separate agreement or other appropriate basis. Only send material you are entitled to share.
7. External links
Links may lead to manufacturer or third-party sites with their own rules. Our privacy policy and cookie policy also apply to our embedding of external services and data processing. This general statement about third parties does not exclude our legal obligations.
8. Operation and liability
We strive for accurate information and a working site. You can report errors to scanner@3d-ing.si. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or technical issues. A technical presentation does not replace confirmation that a specific measuring or production solution is suitable.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, nor mandatory consumer rights. They do not constitute a general waiver of the right to damages or legal remedies.
9. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy Privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy. Visiting the site does not count as general consent to processing or marketing.
10. Questions, disputes and changes
For questions, write to scanner@3d-ing.si. These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not introduce exclusive jurisdiction to the detriment of consumers.
The valid version is published with a date. A change to these terms does not by itself alter a contract already concluded and does not apply retroactively.
